Product Review: Near East Whole Grain Roasted Pecans & Garlic

This is indicative of the types of "dinners" I have been making, working 12 hour days = quick food for dinner.

I ate it too quickly to take a picture, but it looks as you would imagine, brown rice, pecans, and spices, simmered to make a delicious and hearty rice pilaf. It would be very good with some chopped veggies or Soy Curls as well.

It took about 30 minutes total to make and the flavor was outstanding. The texture was perfect, the pecans are well-roasted and stay crunchy.
