Vegan Treats!

My love affair with Vegan Treats is no secret.

Here are some photos of my most recent trip to their bakery (1444 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 610.861.7660):

The display case:

A new item - Caramel Chocolate Cake:

Chocolate-Strawberry Cream Cake (actually, I forget what this is called):

Vegan Treats Bakery stocks fresh donoughts, their newest flavor is raspberry-filled:

As you can see, I couldn't wait to eat them!

Anyone interested??

I stopped by to pick up a Chocolate-Encased Strawberry Shortcake, here it is in progress:

The bakery was decorated for the holidays, all in pink, of course!

wow.. those pics are amazing..

It's a very good thing that vegan treats is so far away from me... oy.. I used to hate desserts because of eggs.. but now that there are vegan desserts... it's a bad thing!

Reading back through your blog.. I have to comment about Mr. Nick... what a cutie pie..

It makes me sick that people are trying to ban Pit Bulls... I have a rescued Pit Bull... and she is the BEST dog.. god, she is so sweet.

I do realize that she can't play with most dogs due to her dominant personality... and I take my parenthood of her very seriously... it is different to have a pit bull than other dogs.. but ban them? That is ridiculous.
She is awesome around people.. she's around my kids and their friends all the time and she's never, ever shown an aggressive streak at all towards any human... or even dog for that matter.. the reason she can't play with most dogs is that she's a total punk, dominant dog that most dogs will not tolerate and I will not take the chance of a fight breaking out.

Melody - I agree, it's completely ridiculous. Mr. Nick is never agressive, he's scared to death of my 30 lb. border collie and I've never seen him growl, bare his teeth, or in any other way act aggressively toward people or dogs. It's all about how you train/raise them.

Obviously, I think that fighting pit bulls is just as messed up, but there are better ways to eliminate dog fights than to ban all pitt bulls.

Wow, your photography is very nice, and you're lucky to be near Vegan Treats! I tried some of their products when they had a feeding frenzy this summer at a conference when they gave away free samples. Have you had desserts from Sticky Fingers in Washington, D.C.? Thanks for sharing your lovely pictures, jenny!
