The Peacock Tree (Faux, of Course!)

Pier got me the coolest birthday/Christmas present!! It's called a peacock tree. It's a dark green tree with blue/aqua/torquoise/green sequins all over it. It's brignt and sparkly and awesome.

Here's how it looks in our living room. It was really hard to get a good picture, it's so sparkly, it kept reflecting the flash back so the first few pictures were just a white blur!

We have hosted Christmas Eve dinner here for the past 4 years but have never had a tree. Everyone always complained about the lack of greenery, but a typical evergreen just isn't my style. This is the perfect compromise.
