Accidentally Vegan Raspberry Bars
These bars caught my eye in Wegman's the other day. I checked the ingredients and much to my surprise they were vegan!
I mixed together the ingredients (I think I only had to add oil and water), baked it up and voile! They were moist, sweet, but not too sweet, and crunchy.
