I like Sci-Fi, independent music, bike riding, old-school video games, and vegan treats. I love animals and have been vegan for over ten years. I have two dogs (omnivores) and a husband (herbivore). I love to cook and to eat out. I have a master's degree in administration and work in a public school.

I've been catching up on your past posts I missed while I took a little blogging break and I've booked so many pages to go back and reference later - so many good ideas but right now I'm especially digging that BBQ riblet sandwich and all of your brunch pancakes. Tomorrow I'm going to make some pancakes with chocolate chips, smothered with peanut butter and maple syrup. I can hardly wait for morning now!
